Pompey Supporters Trust Helpline
Pompey Supporters’ Trust are proud to announce the launch of a Portsmouth fans’
telephone helpline for all football related problems.
If you feel you have been unfairly treated by any figure of authority, police,
steward or Club official, then contact us. In partnership with and sponsored by
the Football Supporters’ Federation we can advise on most things. We can offer
free legal advice through a support network of solicitors and lawyers that are
experienced in football banning orders and the many laws that are specific to
football supporters. If you have complaints that are specific to a Football Club
or a civil authority then we can advise on who you should take your complaints
to. Whatever your off-the-pitch football problem, we will try to help.
The helpline number, 07980 843600, will be operational on all matchdays for at
least 6 hours before the game and 4 hours afterwards, and will be in operation
for the Coventry game at The Ricoh Arena on August 7th, and every away game
after this date.
On non-matchdays, during the season, the Trust will reply to text and answer
phone messages within 48 hours.
This Pompey Trust/FSF initiative is a first as a Club-specific dedicated fans’
help service. More information can be found at www.pompeytrust.com and on the
FSF website www.fsf.org.uk.
Pompey Trust website will also carry a link to the FSF groundguide, with information on the away grounds Pompey are playing at together with any ticket information.
